CSD BR Partners with Ripple to Mirror Asset Records on XRP Ledger

Brazilian securities depository CSD BR has partnered with Ripple to use the XRP Ledger (XRPL) for mirroring ownership records of BTG Pactual investment fund shares. Utilizing the Multi-Purpose Token (MPT) standard, the XRPL will serve as a supplementary layer for real-time verification and auditing, while CSD BR remains the official source of record for settlement and custody.
