Trump Praises Anthropic CEO as 'Excellent'

U.S. President Donald Trump hosted a lunch with approximately 24 technology CEOs and industry leaders, including Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei (达里奥·阿莫代伊). Trump praised Amodei as 'excellent,' NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang (黄仁勋) as a 'handsome guy,' and Google CEO Sundar Pichai (桑达尔·皮查伊) as a 'powerful person.' Despite previous conflicts regarding the military use of Anthropic's AI models and disagreements over regulatory stances, Amodei met with Trump and discussed the importance of collaboration to ensure AI safety. Amodei also met with Senate Majority Leader John Thune (约翰·图恩) and Senator Amy Klobuchar (埃米·克洛布彻) earlier this week to discuss AI safety legislation.
