Balancer Sets Shutdown Schedule Following Governance Vote

Following a successful vote by BAL token holders to wind down the protocol, Balancer has announced a phased shutdown. Pausable pools will transition to a withdrawals-only state on October 30, followed by the suspension of the V3 Vault on November 30. The decision follows the approval of BIP-928, which mandates the protocol's closure and the distribution of its treasury.
