Gemini Migrates to Zakura Node Software Ahead of Zcash NU7 Upgrade

Gemini has transitioned its Zcash infrastructure from Zebra to the Zakura node software in preparation for the upcoming NU7 upgrade in November. The upgrade aims to reduce Zcash block times from 75 seconds to 25 seconds. Gemini reported that the new software significantly improved node synchronization times, while user deposit and withdrawal services remain unaffected.
