Binance Pay Enables Crypto Payments for Tourists at PayPay Merchants in Japan

Binance Pay has integrated with the Japanese mobile payment platform PayPay, allowing foreign tourists in Japan to pay at PayPay-enabled merchants. Verified users can scan QR codes via the Binance app to settle payments using assets including USDT, USDC, BTC, BNB, and ETH. Transactions are automatically converted to Japanese yen at real-time rates, with no need for tourists to pre-convert fiat or pay additional on-chain fees. This service is currently limited to foreign visitors.
