Bitwise Launches NRR, the First NEAR Spot ETF in the U.S.

Bitwise has launched the Bitwise NEAR ETF (ticker: NRR) on the NYSE Arca, marking the first spot NEAR product in the United States. The fund, managed by the $9 billion asset manager, will stake the underlying NEAR tokens to generate network rewards, with approximately 33% of the yield allocated to cover staking fees. The ETF carries an annual expense ratio of 0.75%. Bitwise highlights the potential of the NEAR protocol in supporting autonomous AI agents, noting the network's history in AI research and its current focus on high-speed, low-cost infrastructure for agentic commerce.
