Bittensor outlines roadmap for a full-stack intelligence network

In a keynote at the Exploit Summit on Sept. 28-29, 2026, Bittensor's Steeves described a network of specialized subnets that trade services with each other and generate revenue. An estimated 24 subnets earn $28 million to $35 million in annualized external revenue; and 14 of the 24 use proceeds for buybacks of their alpha tokens. Steeves targets December 2027 to hand control from centralized figures, himself included, to democratic governance.
