Binance Pay Enables USDT Payments at PayPay Merchants in Japan

Starting September 30, 2026, Binance Pay allows eligible overseas visitors to spend crypto balances at PayPay-supported merchants in Japan. Merchants will continue to receive payments in Japanese yen. This integration is facilitated by HIVEX, a federated payment framework developed by TBCASoft, and requires no additional merchant opt-in.
