Bullish and Four Other Firms Form Alliance to Link Tokenized Stocks with Shareholder Registers

Bullish, Equiniti, Alpaca, Apex Fintech Solutions, and DriveWealth have launched the Issuer-Sponsored Token Alliance. The initiative aims to connect on-chain stocks directly to official corporate shareholder registers, enabling token holders to exercise full shareholder rights such as voting and dividends. The alliance will explore technical standards, settlement, and interoperability between traditional finance and blockchain, with a meeting scheduled for October 27 at the New York Stock Exchange to discuss implementation strategies. No new tokenized stock products have been released by the alliance at this time.
