Solana Foundation Appoints Former Binance CMO as Chief Strategy Officer

The Solana Foundation has hired former Binance global CMO Rachel Conlan as its new chief strategy officer to lead institutional partnerships and ecosystem growth. Additionally, former Polygon Labs executive Jamal Raees has joined as general manager of payments to oversee stablecoin and tokenized deposit infrastructure. These appointments aim to accelerate institutional adoption, following the Foundation's report of over $5 trillion in stablecoin volume and $4.5 billion in real-world assets on the network during 2026.
