LayerZero to Discontinue Off-Chain Support for Low-Activity Blockchains

LayerZero announced on September 26 that it will phase out off-chain support for several blockchains due to low activity. Affected chains, including Aurora, Taiko, Japan Open Chain, LightLink, Viction, Animechain, XPLA, Merlin, Gnosis, Zora, Otherworld Space, XAI, and opBNB, will lose access to the Decentralized Verifier Network (DVN) and executor services within 30 days. Additionally, Stargate Hydra support will be discontinued for some chains, and users are advised to redeem assets such as USDC.e, wETH, and Hydra USDT.
