Bullish and Partners Launch Issuer Sponsored Token Coalition to Advance Tokenized Equities

Bullish, Equiniti, Alpaca, Apex Fintech Solutions, and Drivewealth formed the Issuer Sponsored Token Coalition on September 24 to link on-chain tokens directly to official shareholder registries. The coalition aims to grant token holders rights such as voting, dividends, and stock splits, while exploring technical standards and interoperability with traditional market infrastructure. Members are scheduled to meet with public company issuers at the New York Stock Exchange on October 27.
