Avalanche Activates 'Helicon' Upgrade on Mainnet

Avalanche has activated the 'Helicon' network upgrade on its mainnet, introducing six key changes via Avalanche Community Proposals (ACP). Updates include reducing the minimum staking period for validators from two weeks to 48 hours, enabling automatic staking renewal, and implementing 'Continuous Execution' on the C-Chain to improve transaction processing. The upgrade also adjusts reward structures to optimize network inflation.
