MultiversX Resumes Operations After Exploit, Kraken Trading Remains Suspended

MultiversX announced that its mainnet resumed block production on September 24 following a five-day halt caused by a virtual-machine exploit. While the network has deployed a recovery upgrade, Kraken continues to restrict EGLD trading to cancel-only mode, with deposits and withdrawals remaining paused. The MultiversX team noted that individual exchanges may require additional time to complete their own reopening processes.
