Grayscale Files to Convert Bitcoin Cash Trust Into ETF

Grayscale has filed to convert its Bitcoin Cash Trust into an ETF to be listed on NYSE Arca under the ticker BCHG. This move follows a recent 30% surge in Bitcoin Cash price, partly driven by upcoming CME futures. The transition aims to address the structural issues and historical discounts associated with Grayscale's previous trust models, such as GBTC and ETHE, which lacked the redemption mechanisms inherent in ETFs.
