Circle and Alpen Labs to Integrate USDC into Bitcoin Ecosystem

Circle and Alpen Labs are integrating USDC and the Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) into the Alpen network. Upon mainnet launch, users will be able to utilize USDC for Bitcoin-collateralized loans, yield products, and trading without needing to bridge native Bitcoin. USDC will be issued by Circle, and CCTP will facilitate seamless transfers between Alpen and other supported networks without relying on wrapped tokens.
