Cambodia exposes operator of largest cyber-scam hub, links found to Prince Group

Cambodian authorities have publicly disclosed details regarding the 'Park 8' cyber-scam hub, the country's largest facility capable of housing 20,000 trafficked workers. The site is operated by Legend Innovation (柬埔寨公司 Legend Innovation). Blockchain analytics firm Elliptic found links between Legend Innovation and the Prince Group (太子集团), which is under U.S. and U.K. sanctions, citing shared phone numbers and business records. The facility previously hosted Huione Pay (汇旺支付) for cryptocurrency and cash exchanges.
