XRP Ledger Batch Amendment Nears September 29 Activation

As of September 20, 30 out of 35 validators support the upgrade, exceeding the 80% threshold required for implementation. The amendment introduces an 'All or Nothing' mode designed to ensure atomic settlement for institutional trades.
