Dutch Police Arrest Two for EURC Counterfeit Scam Involving Rolex Watches

Dutch police arrested two men, aged 24 and 45, for allegedly using counterfeit EURC stablecoins to purchase Rolex watches via the platform Marktplaats. The fake tokens were visually indistinguishable from legitimate EURC but could not be converted into euros. Authorities have warned the public to use only trusted methods for cryptocurrency payments.
