Chip designer Bubble boi: High-bandwidth flash memory targets Chinese clients lacking HBM access

He noted that the primary customers are Chinese entities unable to access or manufacture high-end HBM, who may be willing to accept non-leading specifications due to difficulties in producing accelerators.
