Coinbase offers retail access to Oura IPO shares

Coinbase has expanded its services beyond cryptocurrency by allowing eligible US customers to purchase IPO shares at the offering price. The first available offering is for smart-ring manufacturer Oura, which is targeting a valuation between $2.0 billion and $2.2 billion. Interested users must hold a Coinbase Capital Markets brokerage account to submit conditional buy offers, though share allocation is not guaranteed due to limited supply.
