US stock market opens with gains for Dow and S&P 500

According to Gate data, the US stock market opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.49%, the S&P 500 up 0.09%, and the Nasdaq up 0.19%. Western Digital (WDC) fell 1.5%, SK Hynix (SKHY) dropped 1.14%, and Amazon (AMZN) declined 1.4%.
