Binance invests $100 million in Circle shares amid expanded USDC partnership

Binance has acquired up to $100 million in CRCL shares through a private placement by USDC issuer Circle. The two companies have also expanded their promotional agreement, which includes monthly incentive fees for Binance based on its USDC holdings.
