Coinbase Launches IPO Access for US Retail Investors

Coinbase has introduced a feature allowing eligible U.S. retail investors to request pre-market share allocations for upcoming IPOs directly through its application. The service, facilitated by the FINRA-registered broker-dealer Coinbase Capital Markets, debuts with the IPO of smart-ring manufacturer Oura. This expansion into traditional financial markets follows similar moves by other crypto platforms and contributed to a 5% rise in Coinbase (COIN) stock.
