JPMorgan: Custom AI ASIC Market Projected to Reach $60B-$70B by 2026

A recent JPMorgan report forecasts that ASIC/XPU shipments will account for 54% of AI accelerator units by 2027, surpassing GPUs, and rise to 55% by 2028. The custom AI ASIC market is expected to reach approximately $60 billion to $70 billion by 2026, with a compound annual growth rate exceeding 40% to 50% over the coming years. Broadcom (博通) and Marvell (Marvell) currently hold a combined market share of about 90%, with Broadcom alone accounting for 80% to 85%.
