SparkLabs and Mirae Asset Plan Central Asia Venture Fund

SparkLabs Group, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, Qazaqstan Investment Corporation (QIC), and IT Park Ventures have signed a term sheet to establish the SparkLabs Mirae Silk Road Fund I LP. The fund, managed by Mirae Asset and SparkLabs, will focus on Series A and later-stage startups in Central Asia, with a particular emphasis on AI-native companies. The initiative aims to support regional expansion and provide access to global networks in South Korea, the U.S., and the Middle East.
