Kraken-owned Bitnomial seeks to launch single-stock perpetual futures

Bitnomial Exchange, acquired by Kraken parent company Payward, has filed a rule change application with the SEC to list cash-settled single-stock futures. The proposal includes perpetual securities futures with no fixed expiration, operating 24/5 with a funding rate mechanism. Initial offerings are planned for 10 U.S. stocks, including Tesla (TSLA), Nvidia (NVDA), Apple (AAPL), Microsoft, and Amazon. Each contract will represent 100 shares of the underlying stock, with a standard position limit of 200,000 contracts.
