Bitcoin's surge past $81,000 has triggered $547 million in liquidations over the last 24 hours, according to CoinGlass. Short positions accounted for $469.19 million of the total, while long liquidations reached $57.10 million. Bitcoin led the losses with $243.54 million, followed by Ethereum at $95.66 million and Solana at $36.29 million. Over 107,000 traders were affected, with the largest single liquidation being an $8.53 million Bitcoin position on Hyperliquid.
