Circle's Arc blockchain launches delegated payments for x402

Circle's Arc blockchain has introduced a delegated payment feature. Its Facilitator Service provides a managed access path for x402 developers, enabling USDC acceptance and on-chain settlement across Arc, Base, and Polygon without the need for Relayer keys or separate gas wallets.
