Circle co-founder announces launch of x402 Facilitator service on Arc

Circle co-founder and CEO Jeremy Allaire announced that the x402 Facilitator service is now live on Arc. The service enables USDC settlement across Arc, Base, and Polygon PoS via EIP-3009. Additionally, demand for cirBTC is rising, and Circle Mint customers can now natively mint and redeem cirBTC within the application, with each token backed 1:1 by native BTC.
