Crypto.com Co-founder: SEC Confirms OG.com Form 1-N, Approving Single-Stock Futures

Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com and founder of OG.com, announced that the SEC has confirmed the Form 1-N filing for the OG.com futures exchange, allowing the launch of single-stock futures. The filing entity is North American Derivatives Exchange (formerly Nadex), which operates both Crypto.com | Derivatives North America and OG.com. The team is currently working with the SEC and CFTC to introduce single-stock perpetual futures in the U.S. market.
