Kraken parent Payward to launch on-chain perpetual futures for US users via Hyperliquid

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, announced plans to deploy on-chain perpetual futures markets for US customers, starting with Hyperliquid's HIP-3 market. The initiative will utilize Payward's regulated entities, including Bitnomial and NinjaTrader Clearing, to provide compliant access to on-chain derivatives. This marks the first time a US-registered exchange will manage markets on a decentralized perpetual protocol.
