According to Bubblemaps, Circle has minted 10 billion ARC tokens and distributed them to 11 addresses. The Arc team confirmed the completion of the minting process but emphasized that the tokens are not yet in circulation, tradable, or available for public use, staking, or governance. The token allocation plan, as outlined in the white paper, designates 60% for the ecosystem, 25% for Circle, and 15% for long-term reserves.
