Analyst: Binance BTC Reserves Near 2024 Highs Ahead of Fed Meeting

CryptoQuant analyst Amr Taha reported that Binance's multi-asset reserves show divergence ahead of the upcoming FOMC meeting. Bitcoin reserves reached approximately 690,000 BTC on August 13, nearing the 2024 peak of 704,000 BTC. Ethereum holdings remain stable at 3.616 million ETH despite a 54% price increase since June. Meanwhile, stablecoin reserves are high, with USDT near $38 billion and USDC recovering to $5.2 billion. Taha emphasized that exchange reserves should be interpreted alongside price and liquidity rather than as a standalone directional signal.
