Strategy repurchases $139 million in STRC

Strategy announced on September 14 that it repurchased $139 million worth of STRC. As of September 13, 2026, the company holds 845,050 BTC and $6.4 billion in assets. The firm also disclosed that STRC has a dollar duration of 3.9 years and a BTC credit spread of 57 basis points, based on assumptions including a 10% annualized BTC return and 40% volatility.
