Circle to discontinue USDC and CCTP V1 support on Noble

Circle announced the phased discontinuation of USDC and CCTP V1 support on the Noble blockchain, as the firm transitions to CCTP V2. New USDC minting on Noble via Circle Mint will cease on October 13, 2026, with redemptions supported until January 12, 2027. Native USDC in the Cosmos ecosystem will shift to Injective, where Circle will issue USDC.inj as the standard asset for Cosmos and dYdX. Users can migrate assets via the Skip:Go routing service. Noble, which previously announced a transition to an independent EVM-compatible Layer 1, will not integrate CCTP V2.
