Japan's FSA Reports 1,374 Crypto-Related Consultations for Q2 2026

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan reported 1,374 consultations regarding crypto assets between April 1 and June 30, 2026, marking a 6.3% decrease from the previous quarter. Of these, 72.1% concerned individual transactions and contracts. Additionally, the agency recorded 1,961 cases of fraudulent investment solicitations involving both investment products and crypto assets, with individuals in their 50s reporting the highest frequency of such issues.
