Anthropic reportedly selects Nasdaq for upcoming IPO

Anthropic, the developer of Claude, has reportedly chosen the Nasdaq for its upcoming initial public offering, according to reports from Business Insider and Reuters. While the company has not officially confirmed the venue, it filed a confidential S-1 registration statement with the SEC on June 1, 2026. Anthropic, which was valued at $183 billion in September 2025, is now reportedly targeting a valuation of approximately $2 trillion for its IPO. Nvidia (NVDA) is also reportedly considering an investment of up to $10 billion as a cornerstone investor.
