CryptEscrow, a service provider for converting cryptocurrency into fiat for real estate transactions, announced a strategic partnership with Kraken on September 10. The collaboration allows CryptEscrow to utilize Kraken's OTC desk to handle large-scale conversions of digital assets into USD, providing necessary liquidity and execution for high-value residential and commercial property deals. Kraken's OTC service, accessible via Kraken Pro, facilitates large transactions outside of the public order book with a minimum order size typically set at $50,000. Additionally, CryptEscrow recently integrated its services with First American Title Insurance Company to offer crypto-to-cash conversion options for their clients.
