Hana Securities and Upbit Global Sign MOU for Virtual Asset Financial Cooperation

According to Yonhap News on September 14, Hana Securities and Upbit Global signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on September 11 to collaborate on virtual asset business models, product design, and infrastructure. Both companies operate in Singapore. Hana Securities CEO Kang Sung-mook stated that the firm is preparing for the institutionalization of security token offerings (STO) and the launch of an issuance platform.
