TSMC Targets Monthly Capacity of 110,000 Wafers for 2nm and 210,000 for 3nm by Mid-2025

According to supply chain reports, TSMC (台积电) has disclosed its expansion goals for 2nm and 3nm production processes for next year. The company aims to increase 2nm monthly capacity from 90,000 wafers at the end of this year to 110,000 by mid-2025, a 22% increase. Meanwhile, 3nm capacity is expected to rise from over 180,000 wafers to 210,000, a growth of over 16%. TSMC declined to comment on market rumors, stating that official announcements remain the standard for capacity details.
