Ondo Finance to Cease USDY Minting on Aptos and Noble

Ondo Finance announced that it will stop minting USDY on the Aptos and Noble networks starting September 8. This change also impacts users on Osmosis and Mantra, as their USDY holdings are bridged from Noble via IBC. USDY remains fully backed by reserves. Users holding 1,000 USDY or more can bridge to other networks or redeem directly until September 8, 2027. Those with less than 1,000 USDY can exit via third-party liquidity markets within a 90-day transition period ending December 7, 2026.
