Southeast Asia Crypto Funding in H1 2026 Surpasses Total 2025 Figures

According to Tracxn data, the blockchain sector in Southeast Asia raised $680 million in equity funding during the first half of 2026, more than double the $319 million recorded for the entire year of 2025. While capital concentration in established crypto firms and financial services has increased, the number of deals has declined, with only 25 funding rounds completed in 2026 compared to 46 in 2025 and 206 in 2022. A significant portion of this growth was driven by a $400 million Series D round.
