Uniswap Burns 178,000 UNI, Robinhood Chain Accounts for Over 80% of Activity

According to Dune data, Uniswap burned 178,000 UNI tokens on September 4, valued at over $1.11 million. Robinhood Chain contributed 144,000 UNI to this total, representing more than 80% of the daily burn volume, significantly outpacing Ethereum and Base. This follows a July 15 governance proposal to extend protocol fee collection and UNI burning mechanisms to Robinhood Chain across v2, v3, and v4 versions, where fees are collected via the TokenJar contract and bridged back to the Ethereum mainnet for destruction.
