Thomson Reuters C-Track Platform Breach Exposes Social Security Numbers Across 12 U.S. States

The C-Track platform operated by Thomson Reuters experienced an unauthorized data breach affecting appellate courts in 12 U.S. states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Ontario. The incident, which remained undetected from March until June 30, 2026, resulted in the exposure of sensitive information including names and Social Security numbers. Currently, there is no evidence that the compromised data has been misused.
