The U.S. Department of Justice, in collaboration with authorities from Bulgaria, Hungary, and Romania, as well as private firms CrowdStrike and Shadowserver Foundation, successfully neutralized the 'Sality' botnet. This malicious network was specifically designed to steal cryptocurrency by manipulating clipboard data.
