Securitize Partners with Socios to Issue Tokenized Sports Equity

Securitize has partnered with Socios.com to provide regulated securities issuance, investor onboarding, and ownership record services for tokenized minority equity in professional sports clubs. Branded as Socios Equity Tokens, these assets will be distinct from existing Fan Tokens and subject to securities laws and jurisdictional regulations. The initiative is expected to be the first project launched by Securitize under the EU DLT Pilot Regime, following the company's authorization by the Spanish CNMV in November 2025.
