On September 3, on-chain analyst Ai Yi reported that the entity XXAntiWar transferred 17.57 million NIULAI tokens, valued at approximately $1.45 million, to a Binance Alpha wallet. The transfer was completed within a 30-minute window. As the tokens were moved to a proxy consolidation address, their subsequent movement and intended purpose remain unclear.
