Ripple Re-locks 700 Million XRP in Escrow

Ripple has returned 700 million XRP to escrow following its scheduled monthly release of 1 billion tokens. According to Whale Alert, the tokens were re-locked in two separate transactions of 500 million and 200 million XRP, with a combined valuation of approximately $952 million.
