Figure Completes $717 Million Acquisition of Kiavi

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) has finalized its acquisition of the AI-driven real estate lending platform Kiavi. The deal includes the integration of Kiavi's technology, operations, and assets into Figure's network of over 480 ecosystem partners, with plans to expand loan technology coverage via the Figure Connect blockchain marketplace. Kiavi CEO Arvind Mohan will join Figure as Chief Commercial Officer. The $717 million acquisition was supported by a $600 million private placement of senior notes.
